Monofloor Africa provides international design, testing and consultancy services exclusive to industrial concrete flooring. We use a process-based approach that makes real-time influencing possible throughout any/all stages within the industrial flooring process, from concept design to rehabilitation works after building occupation. - We advise clients on the most appropriate industrial floor for their needs. - Our engineers create industrial flooring concepts and designs for various global manufacturers, retailers and distribution brands. - Supporting structural engineers with drawings and specification choices. - Provide assistance to quantity surveyors with the setting up of tender- and construction documents. - We supervise projects during the construction phase, so floors meet the specified standard. - Assisting specialist flooring contractors to deliver high quality floors with exceptional accuracy. - We produce independent reports on industrial flooring characteristics and performance (i.e. surface regularity, abrasion, etc.) - Investigate problems and specify remedial action and materials for damaged industrial floors. - Raise industry standards by sharing our international knowledge and/or experience through presentations, papers, guidance and formal training.
